Questions about remote team headshots
Do my team members need a camera or a white background?
No. A phone or a computer camera in a well-lit room is enough. They face the camera, alone in the frame, without sunglasses or filters. The app checks the photo before sending it, then AI replaces the background with your company's and evens out the lighting.
How do we handle team members in different time zones?
Everyone goes at their own pace. Share the invitation link by email, on Slack or on Teams, and each team member takes their selfie whenever it suits them, in less than a minute. No common slot needed.
Do our team members' selfies stay private?
Yes. Photos are never published, sold, or used to train an AI model. Every team member gives their own consent before taking a selfie. The selfie is deleted 7 days after the headshots are delivered, and the headshots 90 days after.
