Affiliate program terms

1. The program

Any user can activate affiliation from their account. They receive a personal link to share.

2. Referral

A person who clicks your link and creates their team within 30 days becomes your referral. The referral is recorded when the team is created. It cannot be added or changed afterwards. If the visitor clicks several links, the last link clicked prevails.

3. Duration

The referral is valid for life. You earn a commission on all your referral's purchases, as long as their team exists.

4. Commission and discount

You receive 20% of the amount excluding VAT paid by your referral. Your referral gets a 10% discount on all their purchases.

5. Validation

A commission stays pending for 14 days. If the purchase is refunded during this period, the commission is cancelled. After that, it becomes available in your balance.

6. Use of your balance

Any affiliate can convert their balance into credits, with a 20% bonus. Conversion is done in whole credits, and the remainder stays in the balance. Credits obtained through conversion do not generate any commission.

7. Cash withdrawal

Cash withdrawal is reserved for businesses. A withdrawal is possible from €50, at most once a month. You attach an invoice in your company's name, with your IBAN. Each withdrawal is checked before payment, and may be refused in case of abuse.

8. Promotion

You may promote the service by any legal means.

9. End of the program

If you delete your account, your balance is lost at the end of the 30-day retention period. We may modify these terms. Commissions that are already available remain yours.
