Frequently asked questions
Do the portraits really look like me?
The portraits are generated by artificial intelligence from your selfie. They keep your features, but the lighting and skin look more polished than a phone photo. If none of the portraits looks like you, you can generate a new set for free.
How do I take a good selfie?
Face the camera, be alone in the frame, and stand in a well-lit place. Avoid sunglasses, caps and filters. The app checks the photo before sending it and tells you what to fix if needed.
How long does it take to get the portraits?
A few minutes after the selfie. You get an email as soon as your portraits are ready.
Who chooses the look?
The person who buys the credits sets the look for the whole team. They go first, and their approved portrait becomes the model for everyone else. The look is then locked, so the whole team stays consistent.
Do my team members need an account?
Yes. The invitation link lets them create an account in a few seconds, then take their selfie.
What happens to the photos?
The selfie is deleted 7 days after the portraits are delivered. Portraits stay available for 90 days, then they are deleted. Make sure to download them. Photos are never published, sold, or used to train an AI model.
Do credits expire?
No. You can buy credits today and use them for a new hire six months from now.
How does billing work?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout, based on your country. A company in the European Union that provides a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT, under the reverse charge mechanism. You get an invoice for every purchase.
Can I use the portraits anywhere?
Yes. You can use them on your website, your social media, your sales documents and your internal tools.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us. A refund covers the full amount paid and closes the account.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. Share your link: the teams you refer get 10% off all their purchases, and you earn 20% of what they pay, for life.
